We currently ship using Aramex Store To Door to destinations throughout South Africa.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 8–11 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

DogPlanet™ shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, customs processes, strikes, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the courier where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

DogPlanet™ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the courier.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assist you.
